APC WR – 1010 (PC) is a high molecular weight modified Poly – carboxylic Ether based concrete plasticizer for production of high grade quality concrete.

Anti corrosive, Set Reducing super plasticizing admixture.
Description:-
APC NPTH – 2020 is a high performance set reducing, super plasticizing admixture for use in Concrete & Portland cement.
APC NPTH – 2020 admixture helps in reducing setting times in general & specially in lower atmospheric temperature, produce early high & ultimate increased strengths. It reduces bleed & segregation & improves workability too.
APC NPTH – 2020 does not contain any added chloride ions ensuring that the product does not support corrosion of reinforcing steel. Being anti corrosive in nature, helps concrete & steel to prevent corrosion.

Uses:-
To accelerate the setting & early strength gain of Portland cement concrete & mortar mixes without the introduction of chloride, Acts as a plasticizer, so give significant increases in both ultimate & early strength. Typical applications include precast concrete, concrete placed in cold weather, concrete for repairs, mortars for brickwork.
APC NPTH – 2020 is designed for use as accelerator to provide high early compressive strengths in concrete; it accelerate the setting times. Recommended uses are for pre-cast / prestressed concrete production, concrete pavement repairs. Repairs of the industrial floors, repairs of concrete slabs.

Compatibility :-
APC NPTH – 2020 is compatible with most admixtures used in the production of quality concrete including normal, other mid – range water – reducing admixtures, accelerators, retarders.
The effect of APC NPTH – 2020 is dependent upon the cement properties & the type of plasticizers used in the concrete mix. The setting time & early strength gain may be affected if strong retarders are used in the mix.

Description:-
It is a polymer base compound witch is used for plaster & repairing for old and new structure. If we using APC PP – 5050 chemical compound in plaster there will no peeling and bonding will be very hard and the surface will be very strong. For During plastering wastage will be extreme minimized. this ready to use plaster compound for beams, walls, columns, callings, inside and out side plaster of the structure and also as the repairing compound specially for the patch work etc…
